Under 9s

Welcome to the Cheltenham RFC Under 9’s. Cheltenham RFC is a community rugby club and is based around volunteers and no more so than in the Mini & Junior sections. It is the same for Under 9’s and the management and coaching group is made up of willing parents who get as much out of coaching the age group as we hope the kids do. The Under 9’s is very much about building the rugby skills and knowledge of the kids to allow them to play their first competitive games of Tag Rugby the following year.

Sessions are held on a Sunday, with a 9.00am start. The team manager will keep you updated on any variations to this. The season runs from September to the end of April and sessions will generally not run during the school holidays.
